Similar to previous post I made DS has outgrown his dairy intolerance and soy allergy and I am trying to branch out but scared to death to feed him outside our house....do you have a pizza place that is safe for your LO? What cross contamination issues could there be?
TIA

Re: is there safe pizza for peanut/egg allergic child?
I expect that a lot of pizza places brush their crusts with an egg wash; that would be my main concern. While there is always a cross contamination risk, I think you can minimize some of that by calling ahead and asking about the allergens, reminding them when you arrive, and of course always carrying your EpiPen.
Most of the major chains have been safe for our peanut/nut/egg allergy child. Pizza Hut, Domino's, CiCi's and Little Caesar's. Also the Costco pizza is ok too.
Specialty shops usually use eggs.
