He's a little more independent now, so I don't need to do as much with him in the carrier, but when he was younger I did all the chores with him in the carrier - sweep, dust, laundry, prep food ( I don't like to wear him if I'm opening the oven for any reason or if I'm doing anything stovetop other than something like stirring a soup), empty the dishwasher, wash dishes, etc.
I use a woven wrap as well. I do everything! I mean everything! I was mulching the other day with my LO on my back. I do the dishes, laundry, wash the car, vacuuming, raking the leaves, cooking dinner, bumping and facebook. I even make hammocks out of our woven to help us relax...
Don't mean to AW, but here we are baking Christmas cookies. D is working very hard!

I could do light housework that didn't involve a lot of bending over. I could fold a basket of laundry, hang up clothes, rinse dishes, sweep the floor, pay bills, do stuff on the computer, dust.
I could not load/unload the dishwasher, make the beds, sort laundry, vacuum (it was too loud for her), put laundry away, or pick up toys. I also could not cook or eat, which was a bummer b/c she always fell asleep when I was hungry, lol!

DH wears him while vacuuming.
