Also, my husbands boss.
He left for a vacation, and it was supposed to be Tue- Friday. When he leaves, my DH works both shifts. Midnight-4pm.
Monday, he told my DH that he wasn't coming back until the following tuesday.
So now, he works midnight-4pm every day until then, AND is on call 24/7.
Plus, my DH was supposed to have this weekend off. Now, his next day off isn't until July. GRRRRR.

I want to nominate people who complain about not working.
J/k, J/k, I'm just jealous....Even though I'd probably be bored too, but it's better than being bored at work while I think about all the things I could be doing at home...
I'd like to nominate my parents. We just relocated, have a new place that is almost set up and they have yet to visit me despite knowing we've had a lot of difficulties adjusting from our old life in Alaska to our new life here in New York. Who do they choose to go visit.....my step-sister and her baby that is almost 2 hours away. I'm about that far away too in a different direction and they haven't even thought about coming to see us. We lived away for 5 YEARS and they never once came to visit but complained we weren't home enough. Hello! Money, it takes money for flights, car rentals, time off from work, etc, etc.
Also, I have only been home for a month and my sister has never left the area, stay the weekends at their house and they visit her constantly. They aren't deprived of my peach of a sister or her baby.
I think I hate my parents today.

this woman never says something nice to me, and it has really been getting on my nerves. Today for half a second I though she was giving me a compliment then I realized nope... that was as backhanded of a compliment as you can get.
I have my hair in a pony tail (as usual) and my bangs to the side with a bobby pin (this is fairly new because I am trying to let my bangs grow out but they are in that weird in the way stage right now where they do not fit in my pony tail or behind the ear and they are in my face if I wear them down). I wore my hair down for a party this weekend which was the first time in a while that I wore it down. She said nothing that day, but yesterday told me I needed to undo what ever was going on with my hair because it looked awful.
Now to what she said today...
"you know your hair looks good when it isn't in a pony tail and you wear it down."
it was really quiet which is why I almost thought there was a compliment. So I replied "well it isn't down today" her response was "yeah I know"

This doucher I work with. I said I couldn't wait for LO to be here. she rolled her eyes and said "you say that now. I have 3 and it's a 24 hour, 7 days, 365 a year job." I get very annoyed when people suggest that I'm a moron who had no idea what parenting entails... I knew this when I began TTC.
Also, anyone who assumes that I need advice. Just because I said I love how tiny newborn clothes are doesn't mean I need a lecture on not buying too many things in newborn sizes.
