  Is your LO able to take this one off?  The reviews made it sound easy for babies to pull it off.  My DS is pretty crafty and I don't want to have to refasten it all the time.

  I sent this link to my mom & she used it to make cloth rail covers when DS1 was a baby. It turned out SO cute & worked perfectly! I don't know whether he ever tried to take it off but if so he was unsuccessful. I'm reusing them this time around. I loved that I could take them off & throw them in the washer/dryer if I wanted to.

  I bought 1 yard of fleece fabric, cut off an 8 inch wide strip down the length, and tied it to the crib rail at every slat with a double knot (pulled as tight as DH could manage).  No more eating stained wood!

  I just used the bumper along the front rail - folded it in half and used the ties on it to tie it in place between the slats. Worked like a charm.
