Recommendation for High-Risk OB in Abq?

Does anyone have experience with a high-risk OB in Albuquerque or Santa Fe and/or would you be able to recommend anyone. I am 6 weeks pregnant today and was told by my neuro-endocronologist to find a doc immediately.

  • I saw Dr. Stephanie Hedstrom for with my daughter. She was great.
  • You could also check with Dr. Larry Leeman at UNM, I've heard great things about him.

  • I've been working with Perinatal Associates of New Mexico (located in Presbyterian).  I was recommended to them by both my GYN and a good friend who had a high risk pregnancy.  Thus far, it's been a great experience, but I'm only 7wks.
