How long does it take your Lo to fall asleep at night? Our routine last an hour and now I've watched her awake on the monitor for an hr. This seems to be the pattern with her, it takes her awhile to get herself to sleep-she's so sleepy on me and right as I lay her down she gets energy (smiling, babbling, fussing or just looking around)

Re: Bedtime
Hannah gets a bath, bottle, and goes to bed anywhere from 7:30-9. Try to shoot for 8. If she is happy, but awake, or even fussing and awake, I don't pick her up. If anything, Ill go in and rock her (RnP) or rub her back (crib).
If she is just playing, I leave her alone. She has learned to put herself to sleep. Same thing in the morning. She plays for about 30 minutes before she gets fussy and is really "up".
We don't really push a routine during the day with a 3 month old. The only thing I do push is her learning how to calm herself down without me having to hold her.
Our routine is pretty close to this. Around 9pm we change & feed. Usually done between 9:15-9:45. After burping and rocking for maybe 3 minutes, I lay her in her crib and leave the room. I do this whether she's snoozy or awake. If she fusses (50/50 in the first 10 minutes), I go back in a offer her a paci. After that, she's been going to sleep. If she loses her paci she's discovered her thumb and self-soothes. I found that if we wait any later, that she's super tired and is prone to crying and fussiness until around 11pm (by that time I'M tired and fussy as well).
