Insomnia...

I wanted to cry at 3 am, when I was still laying there awake... listening to DH snore... & reminding myself that I would need to be up soon with DD1...

FFS.

I'm taking benadryl tonight!

After 4 miscarriages, a diagnosis of Asherman's Syndrome, endo & lap surgery to remove partial septum &
massive scar tissues, we have a completed family <3

    I was up at 2AM!! It's so frustrating. I tried to get a bit of nap in today but it does not make up for 3 hours of sleep.

     I hope tonight is better for you!

    heh. Welcome to my world like every single night for the past 3 months. I laid down when I got back from the dr this afternoon and took a nap to compensate.

    I'm with ya! Even though my midwife ok'd it, I feel guilty every time I take Benadryl to sleep. But I still do when I need to.

    I'm with you.  It's torture.  I've been struggling with insomnia for over a month now.  I sleep really well from about 2am to whenever I wake up, but from 11 to 2 are a nightmare.  It's so frustrating!!!!!

    When I was pregnant with DD1, I don't remember this happening. Today was so rough, especially since DD didn't even take a nap until like 4 pm lol. I tried putting her down at like 2, which is her new normal naptime, but she didn't sleep, just played for like 30 minutes, so I got to lay down & close my eyes, but not sleep :/

    Of course DH is working late, so no help for me!

    I do have my Honey Vanilla Chamomile steeping & I'm about to take some Tylenol PM, even though it's not even 8 pm lol.
