Hi all,
I'm strongly considering purchasing a Beco Butterfly II but want to make sure I get my money's worth. I use my ring sling for trips to the store almost every time we are out unless DS has fallen asleep in his carseat and then I just take him inside in that. When do you find yourself reaching for your SSC as opposed to a sling or a wrap?
Thanks!

Re: When do you use your SSC?
Everywhere.
Trips to the zoo/playground/park, I wear her on my back when I want to cook dinner and she wants to be held, etc.
I can't imagine a ring sling being comfortable as LO gets heavier. The same is true with a wrap (unless you have one of the more pricier ones).
Ditto the PPs. I used my ring sling and moby until my LO was about 6 mo and I invested in a good SSC. I got the beco butterfly II. Love it so far!
I only have a Beco Gemini, no wraps/slings. I used it a lot on maternity leave (DS2 loved to snuggle up and nap or while I just did things around the house). Now I use it when DS2 plays outside, around the house when DS2 is fussy/wants to be held, and when we go on outings (for example, we are going to Day Out with Thomas next weekend and I will take it instead of a stroller). Oh, and I use it when I take both kids to the grocery store/Target by myself.
