HE Washing Machine Issue

This isn't totally CD related, other than I have a load I need to do!  You ladies seem to be very tuned-in to your machines.

Has anyone had an issue with water leaking into the washer drum after the cycle is over?  What ended up being the problem?  How much to fix it?

If I pull everything out, it's fine but I'll get 2" of water in the drum after 12ish hours.  I opened the door to the weekend away and got a waterfall on my laundry room floor but ran a Drain&Spin cycle and everything was ok. Hoses aren't kinked or clogged.  The back of the machine was bone dry.

    I'm no expert but it has to be the water control valve on the inside of the machine.  As to cost, just to have someone look at my machine cost 75 dollars, but that went towards the cost of the repairs.  I wouldn't expect it to be too much money...

     Do some google searches on your washing machine brand and the words repair.  You might find some useful information.
