Recommend your high chair

We didn't get a high chair yet for DD and I'm debating between one of the ones that goes on a chair or a regular one that has it's own legs. Which one do you have or are getting?

We were going to get one of the chairs that straps onto an adult chair, but then one of my friends told me that because of the arm height, you can't push it under the table. To me this defeated the whole purpose of this chair. I would want to be able to tuck it away and not see it.

Instead, we got the Graco 4 in 1 highchair. So far, so good. I like it's versatility and my son seems to be pretty comfy in it. We ultimately got it because we felt it would grow with him.

I wanted something that would be comfortable for DS but would look good in my kitchen. We put it together today and tried it out. DS did pretty well in it!

we have the mia moda alta high chair in black. havent used it for feeding, but DD loves to hang out in it so far

We got a great deal via craigs list on the phil and teds high pod. We paid $50. I have not used it yet for our DS but have used it for friends' kids (4 months and almost 2 years old) and it has been excellent for them.

We have this same one. DD loves sitting at the table with us when we eat. It comes with a piece that you can use to turn it into a highchair that straps on to a regular chair.

We have the same one, just in a different print. I like it so far.

I don't have one yet. We are limited on space. You really dont need one for awhile. I fed ds2 in his bouncy seat and bumbo till he was 7 or 8 months. There is no way ( at this age) would want to sit in those expensive high chair that turn into kid chairs (like Kristin posted). It looks to much like a high chair.

We got one a few days ago because DD cried if I didn't hold her during dinner and I thought having her up at the table with us might make her happy and let me eat with two hands. We got the Fisher Price Space Saver. So far, so good! It fits on top of a chair, reclines, and hopefully will be easy to clean. It had tons of good reviews on amazon, so that is what sold me on it.
