I have heard from several people that they love Arbonne. It is the only one I have used so far on my 8 month old, but I like it. A little pricey, but a little goes a long way, and I have accidentally gotten too close to DS's eyes with it, and it didn't seem to bother him at all. Also, it does not come off in the water at all!

You want active ingredients of Titanium Dioxide and/or Zinc Oxide.
