When did your preemie smile?

My lo was born 6 weeks early. He is 10 weeks 2 days but 4 weeks adjusted and isn't smiling yet. When did your lo smile?   Thanks!!

5 weeks early here and right around 11 weeks, so 6 weeks adjusted.  Smiling and reaching for objects were the 2 milestones that really fell within the adjusted age range, so far most other stuff he has kept up with kids his actual age.

My son was 9 weeks early and didn't start really smiling purposely until he was almost 4 months actual, 2 months adjusted.  He is now just starting to grab toys at 4.5 months old, 2.5 months adjusted.

He was 9 weeks early.  We saw our first smile at 2 months adjusted/4 actual.  It was a LONG wait.
