So as I posted a week ago, I spend the night in the hospital because my water broke for baby A. They sent me home and put me on bed rest. Well, things only got worse going forward. On Sunday, I started to deliver part of the cord while I was in my bathroom, so again I rushed to the hospital. They confirmed that Baby A's sac was depleted and there was no longer a heart beat. He tried to snip the cord and cramp it so it wouldn't come out but later that day I gave birth to Baby A in the toilet. It was the saddest moment of my life (at least up until that point). Baby B still had a strong heart beat and was doing well, but I wasn't. My fever continued to rise and it was clear my body was becoming infected. I was also gushing blood. So yesterday the doctor made the call to end the pregnancy.  I was given an epidural and pitocin, and within moments, baby B slipped out. I then delivered the two placentas. I held Baby B in the arms and told him I loved him.  We named them Gabriel Mark and Zachary David (my husband's name is Mark David.) We had to make arrangements with a funeral home to have them cremated. I am now home and am feeling lost, heart broken, and numb. I can't believe this has happened to us. Gabriel is 15w5d and Zachary was 17w2d. Thank you ladies for all of your support. I wish you all wonderful remainders of your pregnancies.

    me - 41 (dx: DOR); DH - 53 (no problems); 7/18/09 - married!; 8/4/09 - BFP on first (real)try; 9/14/09 - missed m/c; 9/15/09 - d&c; 11/09 - 3/10 - 4 natural cycles = BFN; 4/10 - dx hyperthyroidism caused by Graves' disease; 6/10 - thyroidectomy; 7/10 - 12/10 - 1 natural and 5 medicated IUI cycles = BFN; 1/11 - new RE; dx low ovarian reserve (AMH .42; 1/26/11 -- BFP (ectopic) from IUI #6; methotrexate 2/10/11; 6/2/11 - IVF #1 = BFN; 9/12/11 - prescreening for DE; 9/15/11 - IUI #7 (unmedicated)= BFN; 11/8 - begin DE cycle (shared risk program); 12/5 - ER (5 eggs/4 mature/3 fertilized/2 left by day 5) 12/10 - ET of one 1BB blast (expanded, "fair" quality), none to freeze; 12/22 - totally shocked by +hpt; beta #1 = 413; #2 = 3952 2/14 - CVS reveals a healthy baby girl!     3 ectopic pregnancies (EDD's 1/30/12-tube removed, 6/2/12-methotrexate and 10/2/12-methotrexate)
    IVF and Natural FET resulted in BFN's and a hole in our wallets

    Oh no I am so sorry to hear this. My heart is breaking for you. I am so sorry for your losses... You, YH, and your beautiful little boys are in my thoughts and prayers. 

    Severe MFI. Me: supposedly all clear but eggs showed vacuoles.

    IVF #1 January 2012, ER Jan 14th: 34R, 27M, 23F. Day 3: 18 embies still strong. Day 5: zero "good," one "fair," the rest "poor." Transferred 3. None made it to blast or to freeze. Jan 28: BFN.

    Lucky IVF #2: Transferred two beautiful day three embies on St. Patrick's Day. BFP on HPT 7dp3dt. Beta 1 (14dpER)=106; Beta 2 (16dpER)=140; Beta 3 (19dpER)=264! First u/s 4.17.

    DH diagnosed with Testicular Cancer 8/2010
    Low sperm count. Only option IVF with ICSI
    Starting First cycle Jan/Feb 2012- Canceled due to not responding to BCP and/or Lupron
    IVF 1.2- stims March 14, ER March 24, 16 R 10F 6 made it to blast
    ET March 29- transferred two blasts, 4A and 4BA, froze 4
    Positive HPT 9dp5dt Beta 1- 385 11dp5dt
    u/s April 25- one healthy heartbeat
    EDD 12/12/12>
