So, I don't even know what to say. I am still in shock and disbelief and convinced every HPT in Minnesota has been tainted.
For those that don't remember - this was my first injects cycle and was cancelled on CD11 because I only had a mature follicle on my left - which is the tubeless side. I stopped all meds that day, did OPKs just so I'd know when I O'd, and charted because I feel like it gives me an ounce of control.
So here I am, 10dpo and I woke up feeling pukey and crampy. I figured my period was on its way, but thought for sh!ts and giggles, I would test since I have like 50 ICs.
I dipped the stick, dumped the cup and washed my hands. I glanced over at the stick.....
wtf? is that? no.. that is just dye passing through slowly.
Wait.. it's still there, the time has passed, and it's not just pooling. So now I am like wth.
I run to my husband, who just got out of the shower, and exclaim, "AM I FLUCKING CRAZY OR DO YOU SEE THIS?!"
him: "I SEE TWO LINES YOU AREN'T CRAZY WHAT IS THIS!"
I walked away and snapped a pic with my cell phone, texted it to my amazing friend with a WHAT THE FLUCK IS THIS to make sure we didn't have crazy line eyes. Once she confirmed there were lines.. I went back to my husband and insisted he get me more tests from Target. He told me to get dressed and he would take me. So I got dressed and bought 6 FRERs and 2 digis (stupid 2 pack of digi's didn't come with a free 3rd one 
). Came home, forced myself to pee again.. and this was the result
Soooo... betas tomorrow and Monday, every 48 hours after that if they rise appropriately, and an ultrasound as soon as they are over 1500 or 2000 (I can't remember).
This doesn't feel real yet.. EDD according to FF is February 5, 2013. I won't post my beta updates here if they are good - I will post them on PAIF or PGAL. I really have enjoyed the time I've spent here, although I truly hate that we all have to be here. $1k worth of meds were delivered to me yesterday, and I hope I can donate them to our community in a few months.

10/2012 & 11/2012- Treatment break while waiting for new insurance to become effective.
IUI #3 in December... or not. Surprise BFP on 12/9/12!
12/10 Beta #1: 25, 12/13 Beta #2: 122, 12/17 Beta #3: 738
12/20 1st u/s, 12/27 2nd u/s with a heartbeat!, 1/3 3rd u/s & released from RE
EDD: 8/21/13
Dx PCOS (June 2006, re-confirmed March 2012), Anemia (May 2010-Still fighting to correct it), Fibromyalgia (May 2011)
Initial b/w - normal
HSG (March 2012) revealed right tube open and looking great. Left tube deformed with hydrosalpinx.
Lap (April 2012) Removal of left fallopian tube. Right tube open and viable, but "rather enlarged." NO evidence of endometriosis...Uterus looks beautiful and "very capable" of carrying a pregnancy!
October 2012 - Clomid 50mg + trigger + IUI = BFN
With all factors taken into account, RE is recommending IVF. Planning on moving forward with treatment as a single woman using DS by Summer 2013.

1/12 - Consult w/ RE
1/24/12 - Lap & Cystectomy to remove a tumor w/ precancerous cells from left ovary, also removed part of left ovary, no signs of endo noticed at that time
2/12 - forced break to recover from surgery
3/12- given the OK to start treatment w/ RE
3/12 - HSG = right side good, unable to get dye in left tube so cannot verify if it is clear
5/12 - Clomid + trigger + IUI = BFN 6/12 - Medicated cycle cancelled due to cysts, natural cycle instead

Jan 2013-Starting IVF!!! BC starts Jan 17/Lupron on Feb 13/Stims on Feb 18/ER on March 1 IVF Protocol: Lupron 10 units in am until stimms. Then 5 units of Lurpon in am, 150iu of Follistim and 1 unit of Menopur in pm. Holding dosage throughtout since response has been great. Thought we would be freeze all due to OHSS, but ended up getting more follicles then expected! 14 total!!! 12 mature and 11 fertilized. Dr calls for a 5 day transfer!!

Why am I so ecstatic for anyone on this board to get pregnant, but not everyone in my "real" life?? Hmm maybe because we have all been trying so hard (and lately everyone I know is getting pregnant without even caring).
