No cry sleep solution?

It was the ONLY book the American bookstore here had so I bought it.  Any one use it, read it, etc?  I haven't even cracked it but need SOME kind of help.  Reviews?

    We have it, it's pretty good.  She gives you lots of different ideas on things you can try, like loveys and keywords. 

    Have you tried ordering from Amazon UK?  Might be faster and cheaper shipping for you than Amazon US.

    The cheap way to go is still very expensive and takes 18 business days (so that doesn't include weekends).  We're going to be in the US at the end of December so if this doesn't work, we'll get something when we're home.  I just need something to help me.  I'm lost and the number one thing I've been told is keep it consistent.  I thought we were doing that but it's not working!

    Sorry you are having sleep problems! I will say that I bought Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child or whatever and after reading it cover to cover it barely made sense. So sometimes the books are really no help. I have no other suggestions and I really have tried EVERYTHING to get her to sleep better and nothing works, so I'm sort of resigning myself to this for a few more months, and hoping that eventually she'll sleep.

    Still have some time to nest on T'giving. :)

    I happen to really like this book and her methods; I used it for about 10 days to teach DD to go to sleep by herself in her crib when she was around 4 months old, and it worked great!  She's coming out with the No Cry Nap Solution next month, I believe.  Depends on what your sleep issues are, I think.  Hope it helps; I found it pretty easy to read, too.  GL!

    Btw, I thought DH and I were being consistent, too...until I watched him rock DD to sleep when we'd agreed not to!  :)
