Why oh?Why do I keep going back????

I posted yesterday how there system messed up my order when trying to use the $25 e gift card they send me via email. WELLLLL. I called the minute the order messed up. Talked with someone and apparently they were going to credit my order back the $25 on my card and send me an email within 15 min. that this was done. Never recieved the email but did recieve an email that stated my order had shipped and what my card was charged. Yep the full amount of the item. I am on the phone with someone in the freakin'?Philippines?(nothing against people from there but why do they have a call center there and not in the freaking US) and since my order has shipped she said nothing can be done but I could use it on another order. Ugh I wasn't going to order the item but since I had the gift credit I did. I don't want to use it on another internet order I wanted to use it on this one. I have now been on hold for 20 min. waiting for a manager. They better get my order right. ?

Oh, that's so frustrating. So they're going to end up getting more business from you by just having you apply it to another order. Make sure you get something that is exactly $25. How did you get the gift card anyway?

I still haven't received an email w/ the gc and I placed two seperate orders for two carseats. I wonder why I didn't get one. Maybe I will call on Monday.
