I have been getting the same temp the past few days. Could my BBT be screwy? It is only about 2.5 months old. It is the pink one from Walgreens. Or could it be working fine. I am still new at this. TIA (chart in siggy)
Eh..I use a regular therm and this happens to me sometimes...have never had a problem seeing a shift though. If it bothers you, I would definitely change therms after this cycle is over.

I've never used the Walgreens one but my Target one did that. I would give it a couple of days. So far your temps are still looking ok. If they still remain flat after a couple more days you can try changing the battery. Even though my Target one had fav temps, it still gave me a temp shift after O

This is going to sound dumb, but try washing the tip. I've had a couple of same temps in a row & I washed the end gently w/ soap & water. The next AM, it was a different temp. This may completely be a coincidence but worth a try.
I have the same one and it's been giving me the same temp all blasted week (I checked with a different thermometer and my temp is definitely changing). Definitely time for a new one.

I've done this before too, it worked.

Thanks for all the tips. I think I will wash it, I am sure they can get gunked up. Hopefully it won't make a difference with seeing a temp shift. This is my first PP cycle, I am so excited. FX I ovulate this cycle. Will just have to wait this month out to see if I need a new one or not.
I am glad you posted this bc mine has been giving me approx. the same temp this cycle, too. I may switch out next cycle just to see if it changes things.
I sometimes wondered if mine was broken because it tends to do the same thing. I just figure it may be my normal/coverline temp. After reading this I might try a different one too.
