Home Monitor for Contractions

I think if someone made this they would be a millionaire! I have been having twinges and period pains and what I think are minor contractions. It would be nice if I could just "see" what was going on. I have had a few strong contractions so I know there is a difference but I would like to see a little spike on a graph. You know, some proof! :)

    They have home fetal monitor systems..where you can hear the heart beat at home...I think you need to get that idea pattoned... Big Smile There would be a whole lot less women going to the hospital too early, just be sent right back home

    I was just thinking this! I have had period cramping for about three hours straight now. Would love to know if it means anything.

    Also, someone needs to market the pH strip to test for amniotic fluid!

    I don't know how much good that would do since not all contractions show the same on a monitor and even very strong contractions don't equal dilation and most hospitals won't keep you no matter how strong your contractions are unless your dialated to a three or your water has broke.
