Haven't you posted this before? I vaguely remember seeing this a few months ago. Anyway, my answer is still the same, if he doesn't like our sex life the way it is, he is more than welcome to leave. We married each other for who we are, if I didn't do whatever it was before, why would I start now?
As for the "I would swing from a chandelier if that's what made him happy" then would you let him beat you as well if that made him happy? A marriage isn't about giving the other person whatever they want, you are grown ups, not toddlers.

I believe that you marry someone because you love them for who they are, not for what they can do for you. I love our sex life and it gives me satisfaction when I know he's happy sexually, but what if I became sexually incapacitated? Was hit by a bus and paralyzed and couldn't have sex anymore? Should I risk further injury to pleasure him, to somehow guarantee he won't cheat? Absolutely not. Nor would he expect me to. I expect my husband to remain faithful because he loves me and our friendship and our relationship and our family, not because he's getting the sex of his life whenever he wants it. A marriage is so much deeper than sex.
Cheaters are cheaters. It doesn't matter how wonderful a spouse may be- if she is married to a cheater, he will cheat regardless of how hard she tries to please him.
