If you are TTC #2...
How old is your first? Do you have a preference on sex of #2?
My DD is 21 months. I would of course be happy with a healthy boy or girl, but I would love DD to have a sister. I have two so I'm biased

DD is 14 months.
I would like the next to be a girl, since they would be so close in age. And I want the one after that to be a boy.
DS is almost 4! Sniff Sniff!!!!
I would like either one. Ive kept everything from his as a baby but I would also like to exp having a little girl.
DS is 18 months.
I would love to have a little girl but would not be upset with a boy, I actually kept all of DS clothes so I wouldn't have to buy any
DD#1 turned 2 in February. With her, I had absolutely no preference on sex. This time, I definitely have moments of wanting another girl and then others of wanting a boy. But, at the end of the day, I don't care.
I will say, this time I'm more anxious, excited and terrified all at the same time!

DD #1 BFP 6-1-06 after 8 months of TTC

1st RE Appt 11/28/12 DX with PCOS, HSG and SA=Normal
Feb 2013-June 2013, 3 TI cycles and 2 IUI cyles with Letrozole, Ovidrel, and Dexamethasone=BFN!!!
July 2013-August 2013....taking a break and praying for a miracle
Fall 2013...will attempt IUI #3 and then seek 2nd opinion if it's a bust too
DS is 2. I'd love to have a little girl (As would my MIL. She had 2 boys).
But I'd be just as happy with another boy. Plus, I wouldn't have to buy as much stuff. I can re-use a lot of what I saved from DS.
DS will be 1 at the end of the month. I would love to have a girl next but I also want DS to have a brother so I would be happy with either. I would like to have 3 kids and I'm hoping that at least one will be a girl.
DS is 14 months old.
I guess I really don't care. We are planning on having at the very least 3 kids but more likely 4, so as long as one is eventually a girl, I'm fine with whatever.

DD is 15 months.
I would be thrilled with a boy or a girl but gender will likely determine whether or not we go for a third. If we have a boy we may be done and if it is a girl DH will probably want to try for a boy.
Luke is 9 months.
I would love to experience having a daughter (my Mom and I are so close), and think it would be great for him tot have a baby sis, but would be very happy if he had brother as well, and would hope they'd be best friends. So, I guess it doesn't matter.
This is kind of my thought process as well. DS is 22 months, I don't care whether or not we have a boy or girl, but I'd like to have 3 kids and I hope at least 1 is a girl, but I'd be happy with 3 boys if that's what happens!
My son is 10 months. We would like a girl but will of course be happy with either - I actually would not mind another boy! I even have an easier time with boy names
That being said after the next cycle we will not be TTC anymore until Dec
DD turns one on Sunday. I wanted another girl for a while after having her, but I really felt like the baby I lost was a boy. So I got attached to the idea of having a little boy, and now I think that's my preference.
DH wanted a boy when I was pregnant with DD (but of course was happy with a girl). Now he 100% wants another girl. Probably because DD hangs off him like he's the greatest thing ever.

I know what you mean! I ALWAYS said I wanted only boys bc I knew how horrible I was as a teenager and young adult. But Im an only child and my mother is deceased so having a girl would be nice. Ill need a best friend when Im old! I dont want to rely on my Daughter In Laws......bc well again I know how that relationship can be!
We are not TTC just yet. We are waiting until the fall. But DS is 16 mos tomorrow.
The sex doesn't matter. Just a healthy child. I think a brother for DS would be great but it would also be fun to have a girl. It's exciting to think about!
