The eclipse tonight? I think its happening right now. I would but didnt have time to make a shadow box and so I just have the news on in the background so I can see. Its supposed to be a rare one..

We're in the middle of a thunderstorm here, and it wasn't supposed to be too good anyway. DH has it streaming live though.

We tried, but a cloud is covering up the sun right. It is the only cloud in the sky, too.

We're right in the eclipse zone so it's pretty cool here. Our neighbor let us use his welding mask right when everything was perfectly centered (after he saw me attempting to use really dark sunglasses just for a second... yeah not smart.) It's weirdly dark outside too.

Ok this is how pitiful I Am. I read your post and thought, hmmmmm why can't she watch the tv show eclipse and work on her shadow box at the same time? Lol I thought you meant the tv show eclipse, which I don't even think is a show but thought it was one of those vampire type shows. I even read all responses and didn get it. I figured the one who had a thunderstorm had dish or satellite cable which was disrupted. I think the cloud in the sky post finally woke me the EFF up!!!!
