Now constipated on alimentum?

So my twins have been on this for 72 hours now....their rash is completely gone. They hav less gas and their temperaments are better. But now, my littler one is constipated. She had two big poops on Wednesday so I don't understand why, but each diaper change has a tiny streak each time, and she was grunting/pushing all day yesterday. I used the rectal thermometer and it was right there...and still she didnt go. She is still eating very well and spitting up much less (they both are) everything else seems to be working on this so I'm just wondering if the switch in formula is doing this...or if alimentum just doesn't cause constipation and she is still having Mspi or allergy issues.

    If its only been 72 hours I'm thinking her body still has some dairy/soy that it needs to rid. I could be wrong but i thought it was up to two weeks before noticing any significant changes. Good Luck!
