I think that people who own these types of houses need to give more money to charity.
Idk. I get where you are coming from, but couldn't that be said for all of us? We all choose to spend our money differently. Who knows how much they already give? It could be nothing, it could be a ton! For example, I go to Starbucks far too often. It's not a need. It's a luxury that I choose to spend my money on. The same could be said for me. Maybe I should give that money to charity instead.

ITA. How do you know they don't give a substantial amount of money to charity? Sure, they could give more, but so could we all.

You are completely correct! I spend my money on wraps and maybe I should give more money to charity.

Most expensive - 1 mil (although I know other houses exist that are WAY more than 1 mil because I looked when we were buying our house just for kicks haha. I just can't find listings for anything higher!)
Least expensive $10K (holy crap! but look at the inside... wow. did they really need to include a picture?).
I didnt know you were in Baltimore! I went to college in Baltimore so I have very fond memories of the Charm City, aka The City that Reads (Although I think they took that off the benches now). That row house looks similar to one I lived in during college haha. Do you live in the city or the suburbs?

I live in the city. I kind of love urban life. Though we live in the "nice" part of the city and rarely venture to the scary parts of Baltimore.
Very nice! Aside from the bad areas, it is a really nice city. But every city has bad neighborhoods. I lived in the NE part (I think) - Charles Village area. I went to Hopkins. I used to run in that area and the houses there are beautiful. I miss it and really need to get back there to visit.

No way! When did you graduate? Yay for Hopkins mamas Charles Village has completely changed now - I went back a few years ago and they tore down a lot and built new dorms and lots of restaurants and stores. I used to work at Gordon's Florist next to Eddies Market on St. Paul street.
