Beathing a HUGE sigh of relief!!

Ladies, I apologize for intro-ing and then not really being around for advice and support. I was just so paranoid after my February miscarriage that I didn't want to get involved until I knew for sure.

Well, we just got back from our second ultrasound, and we have a little heart beating away in there! I am so relieved!! As soon as the tech put the image on the screen, we could instantly see it beating away. She let me hear it, too, beautiful!

How has everyone else been?

Great news!!! What a relief!!! I'm counting the days to my first appointment (and U/S I expect) not until 6/7!

That's wonderful news!!

I don't have a history of any losses, but I've been very really cautious so far and almost more nervous than excited. I think I can let myself get a bit more excited, but I think it won't set in and I won't be able to breathe that same sigh until we see that heartbeat

We have our first appt. with the "patient educator" next Tuesday and get to schedule the first ultrasound before we see the OB on June 21st. Hoping they have some early openings for appointments.

I'm so glad you had a great 1st u/s. Big Smile

I had mine on Wednesday, it was too early to see much at only 5 weeks and 5 days but we have our 2nd u/s scheduled for June 6th so I'm hoping to make this exact post that you did! Hopefully we'lll see more though as we'll be almost 9 weeks!

Welcome back! Glad you had a great appointment. We don't have an u/s scheduled yet but I'm going in for my confirmation appointment on Wednesday and I'm curious to know if we'll have any type of dating u/s at that time. I hope so!
