Dilemma (Fashion/Wedding/Baby Bump Related)

So. My BIL is getting married on June 9th. They know I'm pregnant as do the in-laws. The rest of the immediate family does not (they might by then).

Anyway - I bought my dress back in February. It's a denim esque dress and stretchy. I'm a bit worried that I might be showing by then, if only a little, however, since it's stretchy I'm not too worried about size.

So, here's my question. I typically wear SPANX with dresses/any formal event. Do you guys think this is something I can still wear while pregnant, do the make pregnant sizes? I'm a little worried that too much compression on my belly for a long period of time might not be the best thing. I plan on asking my doc on Monday, but was curious what you ladies thought first.

They do make pregnancy spanx.

I doubt that there's any real reason not to wear them, but I can't imagine them being comfortable at this point. I have a Bella Band on, and even that's a little tight - I can't imagine spanx for a whole day/evening.
