Advice - Issues with boss

I  have been back at work for about four months but things have been ridiculous since coming back.

So a little background on my situation.

My boss has stated many times that her life goal is to be married and have children but the guy she is with is unwilling to get married and has had a vesectomy.  She thinks she can change his mind about everything and that he will marry her and get a vesectomy reversal.  Yeah, she brings up way too much informaiton about her private life at work.  Much of what is happening is due to jealousy but I am getting tired of having to deal with it all.

When I told my boss I was expecting and going on maternity leave she was annoyed but as our site director was also pregnant, she didn't say anything outward to me that was too out of line.  She even came to visit the baby in the hospital after delivery. I was denied an extension to my leave because I was told my assistance on an important project was necessary so I came back only to be told THAT DAY that I was taken off of the project and would be assigned other duties.  I found out from the other person on the project that I was reassigned as punishment for taking maternity leave and was being assigned jobs that my boss did not want to do.  I have also found out that my boss is complaining about me behind my back to the other person on our team.  She thinks I need to be replaced because I put my child above my job since I missed work ONE DAY to take my very sick daughter to the doctor.

The other girl I work with is now expecting and fears telling our boss because she has seen what our boss has put me through.   I am trying to decide what to do.  Having recently graduated with my Masters degree, I am in a position to apply for different employment opportunities but I love my job and the people I work with, except for my immediate supervisor.  Our site supervisor and my boss are buddy buddy so I don't think anything would come from bringing the situation to her attention.  I am thinking I need to just find another job and leave.
