Sun hat for a big noggin

I love those cute baby sun hats - for their cuteness and their sun protection. The only problem is that C wears hats sized for kindergarteners!
Does anyone with a big headed kid have a sun hat they love that actually fits? A baseball cap is an option, but I'd love something that would really cover his head and neck when we're outside for long periods of time.

We have a few gymboree my mom gave us that are a 2T, so I know that brand makes them sized. Sadly, my 9%tile headed child is still wearing the 12 mo from last summer.
The 2s were packed away for next year.
The one we have from gymboree brand is 2T-3T and it fits Jonny's head really well and his head has always been in the 80-90th percentile.
I saw hats at Carters that went all the way up to 5T. That would probably fit him!
