We just got our Britax Marathon 70 and I love it!  It was super easy to install, feels very secure, gives me plenty of room to push the seat back (more room than I had with the infant carrier and I have a nissan maxima), and it's super easy to adjust.  We are considering now if we should buy another just like it for DH's car or get a cheaper 2nd seat since DS mostly rides in my car.  But if you are looking, check it out.

    Lol, convertible seat ladies! Some people do shop around for  c-sections too I hear! Or for a dr who will perform one for convenience, not medical necessity.

    We just got a Britax Advocate 70 CS.  I'm excited to install it in the car and see how it fits.  It has so many convenient features! :)

    Did you put it in the middle?  I tried a Marathon classic but I had to return it because I couldn't get it level without pushing the passenger seat way up. With 2 kids we can't use just the middle.

    I wish they were a little smaller. Between DDs convertible and DSs infant seat there is no room. We tried a demo at the fire station and it would of rubbed on DDs seat   :(  The hunt goes on.

    I was told they can rub as long as they are independently secured (not relying on the other seat to be snug and level.

    Good to hear, especially when you've got a Maxima like me.  What year is your Maxima? Do you have it on the side or the middle?  Mine is a 2009 with the bucket seats in back and I could only fit the infant seat in the middle on the hump b/c there wasn't enough room in the bucket seats and the latch was a pain in the @ss.  I'm thinking of the Boulevard.

    I have it on the side.  I have a 2009 and it says in the manual that you can't use latch in the center.  It never really fit well in the center either (well the infant seat anyway), so I have it behind the driver's seat.  In the center it seems to sit up too high.  I'm not sure what model you have, mine doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles.  It's a great car though!  Lots of room and doesn't feel like I'm driving a boat!
