I already posted about this on FB, but I think that the new forum will be a bigger draw for those of us who prefer the usability of the Nest...but with privacy and a search function. ![]()
I'm not going to post the URL since the entire point is privacy, but please PM me here (or on FB if you know me) and I'll send you the URL.
Between the privacy concerns here and the scrollability and real name
concerns on FB, I'm hoping this is a start to addressing those concerns and trying to find some common ground.
My goal is not to give people more forums to check but rather to try to prevent the division that I fear is happening right before our eyes now.
I'd love to have people willing to give it an honest effort for a few days to see what you think! We can always make changes. ![]()

Re: New SaIF private forum?
I am thankful every day for my miracle after infertility.
And thrilled to be pregnant again after FET!
You're all set, Radler! Thanks!
If people would rather Proboards since that's where other Nest boards have gone, we can do that, just please let me know ASAP so we can give that our combined effort. The one I went with had better user reviews than Proboards, and so far so good, but I want to use whichever will make people happiest.
Thanks!!!

The fact that so many Nest boards switched over there is exactly why Proboards was suggested for us too. ;-) I had considered it but this one got better user reviews, so I went with it, but I'm in no way opposed to Proboards if people want to keep everything in one place, though ours would remain private. Taking both privacy (grr, Nest) and scrolling (grr, Facebook) into consideration, I'm just trying to find *something* to bring the Nest group and the Facebook group back together since we're feeling more divided by the day....
This one does work with phones, FWIW, though I personally haven't tried it.

Boo I can't access the new board from work. I'm going to see how it looks from my phone. Thanks for setting it up Alchris.

All PMs responded to! Please send me a PM if you'd like the link.
Keep in mind it's private, so if I may not know who you are, you'll have to fill me in a bit with your IF and/or PaIF and/or SaIF track record. ;-)
Thanks so much! It's already a great group!

Got it, everyone! Newsbaby, of course I know who you are -- no worries!
And please, if I may not know you, I need some info from you before I can send it to you. I apologize for any delay responding as I do quick background checks, LOL. I know most of you though, of course!
It sounds like there would have been an exodus anyway because of the format change, unfortunately. For SaIF specifically the main thing that had been driving people away was lack of privacy, and this has privacy.

I can't help but notice that the proboards have a spot that is just BEGGING for an SAIF board...
