Caffeine in Iced Tea?

I hate that it is hard to find the amount of caffeine in a lot of drinks. Generally if you get an iced tea at somewhere like Panera does it have caffeine? And if so, is it a lot?

Its definitley not as much as coffee, but yeah there is caffeine. I allow myself 1 glass per day at lunch. I think there is a chart in WTEWYE book.

I can't answer specifically for Panera or any other resturant but I found this on the Mayo Clinic website.

If you go to Panera (out here it's called Paradise Bakery but it's the same company), I am pretty sure the peach tea is decaf. From Starbucks their passion iced tea is decaf too. I love iced tea!

Tea will have anywhere from 35-50ish for one serving. So it is less that coffee and on par with soda. Well within the safe daily limit.

i'm ADHD and not medicated these days, my OB said 2-3 glases of regular (including good black brittish) tea was ok per day. Iced tea should have less caffine that other types, but you can always ask if they have decaf
