  I never used nursing shirts.  I had one, and it never worked all that well.  I did a lot of layering of nursing tanks under a nicer shirt or just a nursing bra, regular tank, and shirt.

  I bought nursing shirts with DD1.  They are all cotton.  I bought nursing tanks with DD2.  I have basically wore those for the last year until I refound some nursing tops.  I rotate.  For nicer things, it is a nursing tank under though.  One down side, is I have a 38DD chest.  With a tank, I get uniboob.  So, any low cut or empire waisted tops make my chest look funny.  I am anxious to be done, so I do not need hooter access.
