Siggy Pics?

Ok, I'm really sick of my gigantic siggy pics.  I feel like I'm trying to take over the board with it.  When I upload it to tinypic I choose the Message Board URL, what on earth can I do to get it smaller.  I've tried reducing the size of the photo before uploading, but it doesn't seem to work.  Suggestions?

    Thank you so much ladies!! I'm kinda mad that it was that easy and I just couldn't figure it out.  Oh well...time to resize some pics!
