How many Ava's do you know?!

I know 3 who are 2-3 years old.

I actually know five of them, all under the age of 10. I think it's getting to be a very played out name.

Edit: I should add that my neighborhood is wall-to-wall children. I've never met so many children before in my life!

I know only 1 and she is less than a year old I think. Its a pretty name to the top 10 list so most people with it recently are kids or babies.

I know 2. One is in her 50's and the other is my DD who is 13 months.

iknow 1. i think shes11. since you really love the name, just use it. you never know exactly what names are going to increase in popularity in the next few years. what if you chose a name you didnt love, and it ended up more popular than ava in a few years?

According to the SS website, it is the #1 girl name in my state. I believe it, too. Personally, I know 3 Ava's and they're all about 5 or 6, but I work in a pediatric hospital and see lots of little girls named Ava. They range in age, but are pretty much all under the age of 6. I also know 1 Eva who is about 11.
