PP checkup: sex and C/S

I had a C/S 4/26 and Friday I go in for my 2 week PP check. I'm wondering when we'll be given the "go ahead" for sex. What have you all been advised

I was not given the OK for sex. As far as I know it's recommended to wait 6 weeks regardless of c/s or vaginal delivery.

I was given the go ahead last week... So about 4.5w pp.

this, the place where the placenta was attached is still healing.

Nothing in the vagina until 6 weeks pp. FWIW, I had sex 5.5 weeks after DS was born and it hurt like a mother f-er and I never labored with DS. It was that painful that the next time we had sex was when DS was 8 months old, we were both worried about how painful it was going to be. It did get better after DS was weaned at 9 months, but we both remember that and I know DH is more than ready, he's just waiting for me. Unfortunately, my drive is way down when I BF'd so it's going to be a while.
