I've seen Yogi, Earth Mother Angel Baby, and Traditional Medicinals. If you've tried any of these, which works best, or is there another brand out there. I'm BF my 2 week son, and my milk seems to have slowed. A week ago I had to pump between feedings to relieve some of the pressure, now I can barely pump at all. My son is also eating a lot more frequently than he was. I'm hoping that one of these teas can get the milk flowing more for my very hungry LO.
Re: Best lactation support tea?
It is very normal for your milk to regulate at this point. You will start out being engorged all the time and then your body will figure out what LO needs and only make that amount.
Also, your LO is probably heading into a growth spurt and will increase feedings. This is also very normal.
The best way to find out if LO is getting enough to eat is to make sure there are plenty of wet and dirty diapers.
I never did a special tea. Just drink lots of fluids and eat well and you will be fine.

I like the Earth Mama Angel Baby better than the Traditional Medicinals. I haven't tried Yogi.
At 2 weeks, I would maybe give it another week before I adde something though because everything is still regulating. Make sure to drink plenty of water though.
