comfortable shoes and play pens

Hi,
So, I gave in this morning and agreed with my DH that is probably best to get new, bigger, comfortable shoes for the last month. I can't get my shoes on very well anymore and my feet feel squished, uncomfortable and hurt some. Anyone know of a cheap comfortable brand/style of shoe that would work for this last month? I also work in a biological lab so it has to be closed toed with a heel strap of some kind. I have been getting away with wearing my keens sandles, but now they are too small.
Also, we have been looking for a play pen. I know that we don't need one immediatly when our little girl comes home, but we will later on. The one my parents used for my brother and me was very close 3feet by 3feet with mesh sides so we could see through it. There was plenty of room to move around in it. Of course they don't have it anymore since that was nearly 30 years ago. The pack and plays are so tiny compared to that, so we doen't want to get that and have looked around for something bigger but can't seem to find anything. Are there any playpens still available that are close to the 3feet by 3feet size? We don't want to get the fence things because they seem more like cages and I remember escaping from those very easily.

Look into a Graco Pack n Play. We received one as a gift and it is pretty large. It has a basinet/changing table on the top of it for when they are younger and a multi level mattress for when they are older. It also comes with a canopy incase you are outside.
