Fenugreek users: Watch out for this!

My LC has me taking 15 capsules a day (5 with each meal).  I had to work up to this starting with 2 a meal.  

Well, late last week (TMI warning) I had explosive diarrhea and really bad stomach/bowel cramps.  I thought it was just something I ate.  Well, it happened again today.  My LC had asked me at my last appointment if I had any gastrointestinal side effects and I told her no.....now I'm wondering if this is what she was talking about? 

Yikes, I am so not down for gastro blow outs of my own when I'm already dealing with LO's! :)  Anyone else have this side effect?  I have another appointment with her tomorrow, so I think I'll ask.  I may have to take less....which scares me because I know my supply will be effected.
