Update: Nothing new here, waiting for the HSG Wednesday, then waiting to O.

You're welcome Smile That verse was read at church yesterday (actually, in part for my niece and nephew's dedications) and it really spoke to me so I wanted to share! I hope your HSG goes well, keep us updated!

BEB I hope your weekend was not as difficult as you were anticipating.

Update: Still in my 2ww. AF is due at the end of the week. This is the first cycle that I have not been a basket case over (but there still is time for that to happen). I almost feel the way I felt for the past 2 years, where I just expected AF to show up and had little to no hope of a BFP. I am kind of letting myself feel this way (and not viewing it as a pessimistic attitude) because it means that I do not get as upset when AF shows.

QOTD: I do not know of a celebrity doppleganger, but my aunt and I could be twins. My grandmother calls my by my aunts name all of the time, even my cousin (when she was young) would call me mom.

::HUGS:: After TTC for so long it's difficult to feel hopeful for every cycle, if any.

My weekend was difficult. I was fine until we were at church and then I felt the lump in my throat. I drank about 32 oz of water in an hour trying to get the lump to go away and it never did. MH could tell I was having a difficult time and I told him I needed to go sit in the car and he followed me. I lost it. Hysterically bawling, thank goodness he was ok with leaving.

I am currently waiting to O/waiting for AF to GTFO. Also, as of today, I'm waiting to lose about 30 lbs (does that even count as something to "wait" for?? I'm obvi not just sitting around waiting for it to happen; just getting back on track).
QOTD: I'm not sure that I have a doppleganger either. I've always gotten a lot of, "I know you from somewhere..." but can't put their finger on it.

LOL @ 'waiting to lose weight' but on a serious note- YOU CAN DO IT! I always find summer time is the BEST motivator Smile

Update: Nothing too new in the land of "my body continues to fail me time and time again," you all know that place, right? I spent all of this week recovering from surgery #1 and just started feeling a little better, and now surgery #2 is tomorrow. I'm really looking forward to tomorrow, as nervous as I am, because I will be that much closer to this whole debacle being over. As far s TTC, since we had to TTA this cycle due to everything, I said screw the charting and stopped because it was making me that much more upset that we had to unexpectedly TTA. I'm just praying that AF comes at a good time, once the last stint is removed next week, so we can get back to TTCAL ASAP!
QOTD: Back when I was blonde (I was blonde for my whole life and then just dyed my hair dark about a year ago) I used to get that I looked a lot like Carrie Underwood. But, my mom and I are also scarily alike - looks, mannerisms, we show up places wearing the same clothes, it's pretty freaky.

I'm so excited for your surgery tomorrow (hope that doesn't sound weird Wink ) I just know you've been in pain and I'm hoping this will once and for all give you much needed relief!

I'm officially waiting to test. I'm hoping AF doesn't show up! I'll test on Saturday. Kinda nervous, kinda excited but still very hopeful.

We did our March of Dimes walk this past weekend and it was so much fun! It was a lot more than 3 miles as they advertised but it was still a lot of fun.

Fx for you hon! I'm glad your March of Dimes walk went so well- what a wonderful way to honor Ethan!

Update- AF left Friday, I am back to charting and currently taking Vitex. Hoping that will help regulate my cycle this time around. I should get AF again before my appointment with my specialist on the 25th. Then I will be on a fresh cycle with my new doctor.

Other then that DH and I are trying to turkey hunt and fish. Trying to keep it relaxing this cycle with a little more control and info to keep me calm. Last cycle not charting drove me batty.

QOTD: I have been told I look like Fergie, Lee Ann Rhymes and P!nk. I think it depends on my hair style at the time. I agree with P!nk the most.

Update: We are still TTA waiting for af to show to. Today marks 5 weeks. My OB told me to call her if it didn't come into 8 weeks. I'm not sure I want to wait another 3 weeks though. We are back home now. We left sunny Orlando for rainy South Bend. ( I found myself having a pretty good day today. I don't if it was all the traveling, but I didn't even realize it until we got home that it was Monday. I experienced both losses on a Monday, so they are usually hard.
Question of the day: Who is your doppleganger? Either based on looks or personality and why do you think so?
I don't really have any famous dopplegangers.
But here is a picture of me and my sisters at my wedding. I think we look alike. Next to me in the blue in my twin, Erin, and in the red is our younger sister, Melinda.

As much as it stinks, I would wait the full 8 weeks. If you go in early and your OB doesn't realize it until you're there, they may not give you a Rx for provera to jump start your cycle and make you come back! While 8 weeks is on the longer end, it's certainly not unheard of.

Did you have your hCG tested back to 0 (either with b/w or did you take HPTs)? If you did not and it's not back to 0 yet (or got to 0 even a week or two ago) that can severely delay O, which would also make your cycle much longer.

I think your sisters are definitely your dopplegangers Wink You all look so much alike- thanks for sharing!

I tested my numbers down to zero the first time with blood work and it took 4 weeks. This time I had some blood work for the first two weeks, then left for Orlando. So maybe I should test this week to be sure now that I'm back.

You should do it! If your numbers are at 0 and you don't O within a week or so, then I would call!
