Fenugreek....I know another question....

If you are using Fenugreek, are you able to stop using it and your supply still stays high? 

I thought I read somewhere that some people are able to get the initial boost from it then stop taking it and the boost remains.  Is this true?  I'm having major supply issues and can't pump as much as I need to to build my supply back up, but I don't want to be stuck taking fenugreek forever....

Also, if I take it and stop taking it will it hurt my supply or just not really do anything?

    I stopped taking mine cold turkey a couple weeks before I began domperidone and my supply didn't seem to suffer. If you are worried about it you could wean down slowly.

    I weaned myself down for two days and then stopped taking it. I went from 3 pills 3X per day to 2 pills 2X per day then 1 pill 3X per day then no pills. My supply didn't change.
