Nathan Matthew is here! Successful induction.

Nathan Matthew was born today at 5:32 p.m. He weighed 8 lbs., 13 oz., and was 20.5 inches long.

A VERY successful induction after some morning craziness. There was no room for me when I called this morning at 5, but they were able to call me in at 10 (so we got some extra sleep!). I got into the hospital around 10:30 and we actually started the medicine at about 12. It was quick, guys. 5.5 hours. I only pushed for 20 minutes. It was glorious! (Luke's induction took 25 hours and I pushed for 2.5, with a vacuum assistance at the end).

He's adorable. His hair is blond and kind of curly, and until his bath it was a mohawk. Luke was smiling and saying Baby! (We'll see how he does when we bring the baby home forever.)
