Please pray for me..

I have my dreaded custody hearing tomorrow morning and I am so nervous. If we don't have an agreement (which to my knowledge we don't) the judge will be ordering us to mediation. Here in Illinois it's a mandatory 5 hour minimum at $300.00 an hour which means we have to split $1,500.00. I don't have that money. What happens if I can't pay for mediation. What goes on during mediation? I can't stand to look at my ex for 5 minutes, let alone 5 hours. Please wish me luck and keep my LO and myself in your prayers for tomorrow that I get full custody of my lo and everything goes smoothly. TIA

    During mediation you sit down and hash out all the gritty details of what you want for custody, in my state they offer a deferment but it may be diff for yours if you cannot pay upfront, you just make payments on the balance, that is how i paid for my divorce. but pretty much there will be a mediator and that person will try and help you come to an understanding so that both of you are happy.
