I know you are probably all going to say, check with your doctor...but i'm interested in just knowing what you all are doing as well.
Regarding exercise while in the early stages...I was a pretty heavy exerciser prior to starting this whole "process". Up until the ET 14 days ago, i was running a lot, around 20-25 miles a week. So we did the ET on April 11, had a + first test (yay...silent but hesitant small cheer!) and now are just holding tight, trying to stay patient and safe utnil our first ultrasound in a couple weeks. I did go for a very slow jog the otehr night...felt a little out of breath but kept my heartrate low. But...are any ofyou doing any more than just 'strolling' right now, for activity? OUr nurse said i could 'stroll' but nothing more. I keep thinking, this sedentaryness cannot be all good. Thoughts?

ahh, yes, the elliptical! you're right, swimming would be good, low impact as well.
Good suggestions!! i just feel like a puffball. I know it's a good thing, all for the best possible outcome, but my mental health is suffering the effects of low activitiy. I need my exercise to clear my head. And, I did run right up until the ET, after i started taking the meds. I just started eating like there's no tomorrow to offset the calorie loss, so i didn't lose weight... gained 3 lbs
Thanks for the feedback!
