Today's a clinic day. So far, there haven't been any issues with clinic (although I did find a sample at the front desk with a note on it that was 5 days old indicating it was left for the person from another lab that we give it to, and there's a potential problem with a blood draw coming up). So far, so good. Apparently all of the clinic people from up front got a reaming from their boss on Monday. They all managed to show up before 8am, so that's an improvement at least. There have been several times in the past where they got here after the first patient. Normally the 1st patient arrives at 8am.
How's your day shaping up so far?
Re: Good morning
Good Morning!

Morning!
Just woke up, looking for a job, at home sick. Not a great start to a Wednesday.
((hugs)) I really hope your day gets better.
I'm late to the party but good morning! I actually went running for the first time in a week so it was a good start to the day. And C took a long enough nap that I got to nap too.
GM - I hope your day gets better!
I just got back to the lab from clinic. I think I'm going to go run a 5K on the treadmill after work. I can leave in 2 minutes.
I ran at the gym today. I made it like 5min at 5mph, and I was dying. My friend is visiting this summer wants to run a 5k. I'm not a runner. I wish I could be. I blame it on my chest. It gets in the way. I had major sweat pooling under my boobs today (gross).

The C25K program is the only way I'm a runner now. It's taken a few tries but I finally feel comfortable running 3 miles at once. And 2 sports bras. Without it's just painful!
I got through week two of the C25k and stopped last fall. I don't know why. I should just start it up again. I run on a treadmill and it was kind of a pain to slow it down and speed it up ever minute of so. I thought I could go at my own pace, but that doesn't work out so well. I'd love to be able to say I ran a 5k.
And I've thought about doing 2 sports bras, but I worried it would be bulky. Do you have them in 2 different sizes or do you use the same size one and just use a bigger band setting?

I run outside so I can't help with the treadmill problem
I wear 1 normal sports bra and one tank with a built in bra. Theyre both my normal size but the tank's bra has more give so it fits better over the extra layer. It has enough extra compression that I can run happy.
I'll have to try that. Thanks for the suggestion.

Sign up for a race. That's a great way to help you stay motivated with running. For me to keep up with it, I had to have a goal. I'm really competitive against other people (not so good at competing with myself), so I looked up a friend's time for a certain race last year, and decided that I would beat his time. I beat it by 17 minutes.
