I have not yet gone through and injectible cycle so forgive me if this is a silly question. Is it risky to accept donated meds that have already been punctured? I never thought about it until now.
If I knew who they were coming from and they could tell me exactly when they first used it and how it had been stored, and I was getting it from them in person, I'd be ok with it. I probably wouldn't take anything through the mail. Too many unknown variables.

It's an interesting question. I am not sure I would accept meds that are already opened, but yet I have a pierced Follistim cartridge that I am going to throw away because I can't give it to anyone.
I guess it depends on who it is from and how you know them. A perfect stranger? No. Someone from this board that I saw just finish a cycle, probably so.
