One fun fact about yourself: I'm originally from Long Island, NY but have learned to hide my accent or people make me repeat myself 1,000 times because they find it hilarious. However, I can not hide it when I am angry so how thick my accent is = how mad I really am. This is very helpful to Hubby. Let's just say today he couldn't understand a freakin word I said.

DH, DF, SO?: SO, we've been together 10 years (but have never lived together until now!! First he was in the Air Force while I went to college, the grad school, then couldn't find a job outside of a major city. He got out and has recently moved with me to Long Island and is a cop in the city.)
LO: This is our first, but I've been a foster mom for 4 years on and off. We started the adoption process and boom, preggers. Still going forward with adopting though, so there's a good chance we'll have two infants at almost the same time.

One fun fact about yourself: I can't ride a bike or rollerskate/blade or ice skate. I have attempted all three at several points throughout my life. I think mainly it has to do with the fact that I have a balance problem, and so I start to get the sensation that I am going to fall and I need to slow down and stop. I used to ride a bicycle and rollerblade sometimes but I never got very good at it and now when I try, I fail... I also did not learn to do any of these until I was in high school. That may be part of it.
