White ground turkey is odd

I apparently bought white ground turkey by accident rather than the regular ground turkey. I didn't realize it until I was cooking the turkey and it was white. It tastes more turkeyish than the regular ground turkey does, but the white color is throwing me off a bit.

Weird...I didn't know there was white ground turkey available. All we have in my local stores is just Jennie-O "regular" stuff.

Is it ground turkey breast vs. regular ground turkey? The ground breast cooks up white.

I have no idea. All I remember from the package is that it said white ground turkey.
