Hey everyone! I've got a 4.5 month old, and I'm very blessed to have a rockin' milk supply this time around. Unfortunately, I'm unable to lose any weight while breastfeeding/pumping. The minute I cut calories, start counting carbs etc., my supply tanks. I set a 1 year goal for myself with breastfeeding, and made it to 1 full year with DD1, so I feel I should stick with it as long as I can.
My trouble is that I'm overweight (about 40 lbs), and having a very hard time with body image issues. I hate shopping for clothes, but what I have doesn't exactly fit or flatter me. I try very hard to eat mostly whole grain breads and pasta and cereals, and get in fruit and vegetables. We also have alot of protein, like chicken, during the week. The scale doesn't budge unless I drastically cut my calories and work my tail off at the gym.
I just need some advice. I'm not a formula hater, but I would really like to meet this goal I've set for myself again.

I am doing WW as well and I get extra points for BF, working out, and an extra weekly allotment for daily treats or a "cheat day". I am only down 8lbs 8 weeks in but I also tend to cheat more than just 1 day
