She just had twins and is in crazy good shape. But I told her I was about 4 weeks pregnant and she said she did it (pregnant with twins! as an instructor!) up until about 8 months. All you need to do is add an a little elevation so that you aren't lying flat. That and listen to your body. If you feel like it's to much, it probably is. I went this morning and did really well and felt really good. I sweat ten times more than normal, but other than that it was great. We'll see how zumba goes tomorrow...that may be a different story.
