Nursing friendly dress clothes

This was posted in BF section too. I have my cousin's wedding this weekend and have no nursing-friendly dress clothes. Any suggestions on what to wear and/or where to shop for dress clothes? It will probably be a bit chilly...around 60 degrees I'd guess.

Re: Nursing friendly dress clothes

  • So I know all stores will be a bit different but Marshalls is usually where I get my dresses at. For nursing I would pick one that had a elastic material at the top. I've actually gotten a few there so I know at least the ones near my house have some. As far as non dress items. Maybe you could get a button up shirt this way you can just unbutton a few buttons near the top. Or maybe a dress shirt and wear something under it and you could just pull it up and still be covered by a tank top undearneath.

    GL and have fun!

  • Maybe you could by a nice nursing top at someplace like Motherhood Maternity, then pair it with some dress pants and nice jewelry?

This. Just wear a nursing tank under anything you already have (not a dress of course) and then you are covered.
