Thought I would share in case any of you might want to order from either Restoration Hardware Baby or Albeebaby.com. 

We ordered our crib and dresser from RHB and they are awesome.  Not only was the product great quality, but the delivery was painless.  Everyone I spoke with on the phone to schedule delivery was wonderful.  The truck arrived on time and the delivery folks were great.  Both pieces were already assembled and wrapped in moving blankets.  And set-up was included.  I would definitely order from them again and recommend them to anyone.

We ordered our stroller from Albeebaby.com.  It arrived quickly; however, it was damaged.  I called the next day and their customer service was fantastic.  They arranged for next day pick-up and expedited the delivery of a replacement stroller (which arrived in 2 days).  Aside from having to assemble, disassemble, and reassemble again, the experience was a good one.

I have had many horror stories from ordering online over the years, so it is nice to see some companies still care about their product and customers.  I hope all of you are having good luck with your vendors too! :)

    Jealous! If only my budget allowed for RHB stuff... they have amazing cribs. *sigh* Maybe with the next baby.

    Thanks for the rave! Albeebaby has the PNP we want for a great price - so it's good to know they are a good place to order from.

    I just looked at the RHB cribs....In my dreams!  They are beautiful, however, maybe if we hit mega next time.

    We were very lucky.  The crib/dresser we wanted were on sale, which saved a significant amount and my parents were gracious enough to buy both pieces for us.  Otherwise, I don't know that we would have been able to have gotten them.  The nice thing though is that I know both pieces will last, which was a huge concern for me with buying furniture.  And based on the quality of the furniture, I wouldn't flinch with purchasing any of their accessories. 

    I was able to get the stroller that I wanted from Albeebaby at almost 1/2 off it's original price and it includes a bassinet attachment, the "normal" stroller attachment, a stationary base for the bassinet, and a stroller adapter for an infant car seat.  I couldn't believe it :)
